Uitzendbureau Manpower is op zoek naar een assistent Warehouse Supervisor voor CEVA in Eindhoven.



Als Assistent Warehouse Supervisor stuur je circa 25 outbound operators aan, bewaak je KPI’s en vertaal je de LEAN-filosofie naar concrete verbeterprojecten.



Dit ga je doen

  • Dagelijkse aansturing & coaching van je outbound team (ca. 25 FTE).
  • KPI realisatie: prestaties, kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit bewaken en bijsturen.
  • Capaciteit & voortgang: elke shift de planning monitoren en direct schakelen bij afwijkingen.
  • Verbeterprojecten initiëren en uitvoeren; continu kijken waar het slimmer, sneller of veiliger kan.
