This is not a traditional associate role.

This is a high-ownership operator role designed to extend the output and impact of a highly cross‑functional leader working across both PUSH Media and STRATIS. You will operate at the center of strategy, product development, AI, and platform operations — turning direction into action, managing the flow of work, and personally executing across a wide range of outputs.

The role requires someone who can fluidly move between managing workstreams and doing the work itself. On any given day, you might be structuring a project plan, building a prototype in an AI‑assisted tool, preparing a client‑ready deck, testing a new workflow, or synthesizing research into a strategic recommendation. The common thread is ownership: you manage what needs to happen and you make it happen.
