Associate Construction Manager

Salary: $45.83–$50.24 per hour

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What You'll Do

Design & Pre-Construction

• Assist in developing the plan for executing and controlling the project, including budget estimating, scheduling, business planning and cash flow.
• Prepare scope of work, release, evaluate and award consultant and trade contractor RFPs through TCHC’s Procurement division, adhering to protocols and standards.
• Review recommendations for contract awards and verify contract scopes and schedules.
• Ensure project designs meet TCHC standards, performance specifications, and government requirements.
