Purpose

As the Associate Director of Business Optimization, you will lead the strategic expansion of our general partnership ecosystem. You will report to the VP of Payment Optimization, leveraging your expertise in payment lifecycles and technical protocols such as Tokenization, 3 DS, and Smart Routing to bridge the gap between issuers, acquirers, and schemes. Your mission is to drive world‑class performance through higher authorization rates and seamless conversion.
