What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will design and execute organizational change strategies across RBC Investor Services transformation initiatives, with direct responsibility for change adoption, stakeholder engagement, and business outcomes. You will own the change of lifecycle from readiness assessment through post-implementation sustainability—ensuring initiatives drive lasting behavioral change while minimizing disruption and building organizational resilience. This is an execution-focused role that bridges business transformation objectives with people’s readiness and organizational capability.

You report to the Managing Director, Strategic Transformation and work horizontally across Operations, Client Management, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams.
