The US IT Operating Model Associate Director role is accountable to the Head of US Technology Governance & BAU Operations and will be responsible for the assessment, oversight and governance of IT Processes within CUSO’s IT operations.The US IT Operating Model Associate Director and their team will build relationships with IT process owners and their respective teams to review how the processes are defined by the IT Process Owner and executed across the CUSO.
