Position Overview

This role supports senior members of the Equity Capital Markets team in executing private placements and related settlement activities for Richardson Wealth Investment Advisors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in a fast-paced environment. The role involves regular coordination with issuers, Investment Advisors, legal counsel, operations, and compliance to support private placement distribution and settlement.
