**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Make daily collection calls
- Assist with customer account reconciliations
- Document collection related activities for assigned accounts
- Evaluate orders on credit hold and release when appropriate
- Interact with customers, both internally and externally, to identify and resolve outstanding issues in a timely and professional manner
- Dispute management
- Conduct account research and analysis
- Performs other duties as assigned
**Education and Experience Requirements**
**Education**:
- Bachelor degree, or 2+ years of proven and relevant work experience
Language
- Good command in English - verbal and written
- Fluent Spanish - verbal and written
**Experience**:
- Strong background in Accounts receivable & Accounts payable and General Accounting principals
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience is required
- SAP Proficiency
