Job Title: Associate Infrastructure Engineer – Enterprise Mobility (Windows)

Job Type: Long Contract

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Windows endpoint/device management
• Provide L3 support and troubleshoot complex issues
• Work on OS updates, application packaging, and endpoint security
• Automate processes and improve user experience
• Utilize SCCM, PowerShell, ServiceNow
• Collaborate with teams using Jira and Confluence

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Entra ID, Office 365, Defender for Endpoint
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• 3+ years in Enterprise Mobility / Endpoint Management
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Innovation mindset and problem-solving attitude
