Responsibilities

Advise on a range of corporate matters, with a focus on private M&A transactions

Support on select public and capital markets matters as needed

Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including share and asset purchase agreements and ancillary agreements

Manage deal processes, including due diligence, closing coordination, and transaction execution

Work closely with partners and senior lawyers across multiple mandates

Coordinate with internal teams as required across corporate and securities matters

Manage files with partner oversight and increasing autonomy

Support partners on active corporate and transactional mandates
