**What You Will Do**

+ **Drive** asset and inventory optimization across Poland by partnering with Business Unit, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to improve capital efficiency and availability in the field.
+ **Analyse** asset utilization, inventory levels, and return on investment, and deliver clear, data‑based recommendations on consignment levels, asset deployment, and capital investments.
+ **Own** local governance and review processes, ensuring full compliance with financial controls, regulatory standards, and internal audit requirements.
