What you will do

• Support the management of third‑party logistics providers (3PLs), both outbound transport and external warehousing operations, and monitor compliance and performance of warehousing practices in kitting, for both direct and indirect operations.
• Assist with performance monitoring, operational issue resolution, and compliance with company standards and regulations to ensure best‑in‑class operational performance and high levels of customer satisfaction in logistics operations.
• Manage and monitor 3PL performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms and KPIs.
• Support corrective actions to resolve operational issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee warehouse and distribution activities, including inventory management, shipping accuracy, and order fulfillment.
