The Role

As an Associate, Paid Social, your primary function will be to provide essential production support for your account team.

What You’ll Do

• Build and launch paid social campaigns.
• Implement account tasks and optimizations.
• Traffick creative assets.
• Run and format performance reports, and support ongoing testing initiatives.
• Participate in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations, taking detailed notes and assisting with follow‑ups.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of paid social experience (Facebook Ads a must, TikTok and Snapchat a bonus).
• Confidence with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology.
• Prior production‑oriented or similar role experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
• High level of independence, curiosity, and a desire to grow responsibilities and skill set.
