About this opportunity
We're looking for an experienced professional to join Endeavor Ukraine's core team and drive our mission of supporting high-impact entrepreneurs. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working directly with Ukraine's most ambitious founders and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem.
What you'll do
Entrepreneur Selection & Support (60%)
Lead the identification and evaluation of high-potential scale-up companies for Endeavor selection
Conduct in-depth due diligence on candidate companies (business model analysis, market assessment, founder evaluation)
Build and maintain relationships with portfolio entrepreneurs, serving as their primary point of contact
Design and deliver customized support programs addressing specific entrepreneur needs (fundraising, internationalization, talent, strategy)
