Job Summary

The Associate Principal is responsible for managing their respective Project Design Team. They are fully responsible and accountable for their design team staff, regularly review staffing and distribute tasks effectively and consistently with staff skillsets. By providing technical support and management resources, the Associate Principal ensures that design decision-making and team management accountability take place. The Toronto Electrical team is looking for a keen individual to continue the growth and lead the execution of institutional projects. The projects range in scale and complexity, from smaller Functional Programming and Business Case scopes to major renovations and additions.
