The Community Health and Social Medicine (CHASM) Care Worker program is a new, innovative advanced certification program designed to address critical educational gaps for Community Health Workers (CHWs) in Ontario. This program focuses on building core CHW skills at the interface between community and hospital systems, empowering CHWs with the knowledge and practical tools to thrive in diverse care environments and promote health equity.

Position Summary:

The Associate Professor for the Community Health and Social Medicine (CHASM) program will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of Community Health Workers.
