The PI CoE supports Bain case teams globally across a broad range of cost reduction and optimization initiatives, including Procurement, Supply Chain, Zero‐Based Budgeting, and Post‐Merger Integration analysis.The team conducts advanced analytics and develops actionable insights to help clients achieve operational and financial improvement objectives.
Using dynamic visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau, the PI CoE delivers scalable analytical solutions and contributes to the development of intellectual property that supports Bain's global Performance Improvement practice.In select engagements, you'll also collaborate with Bain's AI, Insights & Solutions (AIS) teams, working alongside experts in data science, operations research, and supply chain analytics to solve complex business challenges.WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAMAs an Associate within th...
