Is this role right for you?

In this role, you will:
  • Lead a team of Business Advisors (BAs) to deliver business performance and drive sales pipeline for a defined territory.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations and activities of Advisors.
  • Support the Team Lead to provide adequate credit support with moderately complex deals and assist in high-value client interaction.
  • Coach, develop, and upskill Advisors.
  • Deliver formal performance reviews and support career growth.
  • Ensure sales practices are compliant with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct, and the Global Sales Principles.

  • Moody’s Certificate in Business Banking.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales and service management activities and techniques, including execution of BB management disciplines.
