We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Associate Vice President, Retirement to join our Financial Practice team. In this leadership role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of group retirement clients, delivering strategic consulting, investment guidance, and plan management expertise. You will also play a key role in business development and cross-functional collaboration across Gallagher’s practices. How you'll make an impact Serve as Lead or Co-Consultant for a defined block of group retirement clients, ensuring exceptional service and strategic alignment.
