Responsabilidades:

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Atlassian Customer Facing Technical Expert, based in the Greater São Paulo Area with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving technical inquiries related to Atlassian products. You will also assist with analyzing client challenges, recommending tailored solutions, and providing training on Atlassian tools and best practices.
