Position Summary

The role of Attorney directly supports Nordex’s mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. As an Attorney, you will provide legal support (legal advice, contract negotiation and drafting, dispute management, regulatory compliance, and insurance management) to all business teams within Nordex North America. You will be part of a Legal Team focused on corporate and commercial law matters, with particular emphasis on the preparation and negotiation of complex tenders with customers for the supply and maintenance of wind turbine generators for wind farms throughout North America.

Additional responsibilities include preparation and negotiation of supply contracts with suppliers, financing and project financing agreements, and providing legal support to Sales, Project Management, Service, Engineering, Human Resources, and related teams.
