POSITION SUMMARY

The role of Attorney directly supports the company’s mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. As an Attorney, you will be responsible to provide legal support (legal advice, contract negotiation and drafting, dispute management, regulatory compliance, and insurance management) to all business teams within Nordex North America and be part of a Legal Team’s focus on corporate and commercial law matters, with a concentration on the preparation and negotiation of complex tenders with customers for the supply and maintenance of wind turbine generators for wind farms throughout North America.
