Audiovisual production Support
Sao Paulo – Brazil
Long term position
  • Managed services in support of the conference team.
  • Manage conference rooms/auditoriums/event spaces.
  • Act as a liaison to produce events and maintain a high level of communication between all necessary departments, support staff and vendors.
  • Ensure a smooth flow from the initial consultation to the final layout.
  • Oversee and follow up on all production components and logistics from beginning to end.
  • Manage, maintain, and update the event software, documents and timelines.
  • Assist in walk through by taking measurements, notes and photos.
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors for the client to offer the most cost-effective solutions in order to stay in budget and maximize profitability.
