Description
We are looking for an Audit Staff Public team member to join a growing team in Torrance, California. This role supports financial statement audits and related assurance work for clients while contributing to accurate reporting, strong compliance, and timely project delivery. The ideal candidate brings public accounting experience, sound knowledge of audit procedures, and the ability to communicate effectively in Japanese when working with clients and internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities

+ Execute the day-to-day activities of attestation and non-attestation engagements of various clients

+ Detect and communicate accounting and auditing matters to seniors, managers, and partners

+ Identify performance improvement opportunities

+ Intermingle with U.S. and Japanese based clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient
