• Process Re‑engineering & Optimization: Analyze our clients’ (automotive dealerships) current operating models, map, diagram, and redesign workflows to eliminate redundancies and accelerate digital transformation.
• Consultative Implementation: Lead the configuration and deployment of our DMS software, ensuring the technology seamlessly adapts to the dealership’s unique operational ecosystem, not the other way around.
