Purpose The Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS) Mining Technical Consultant provides technical engineering and consulting support for automation and autonomous systems in surface mining operations. The role supports clients across the full project lifecycle, including technology assessments, front‑end studies, system definition, implementation support, and operational readiness for autonomous and automation‑enabled mining environments.

This position combines practical surface mining experience with a strong understanding of automation, autonomous haulage, tele‑remote operations, controls, and digital systems to deliver robust, reliable, secure, and fit‑for‑purpose solutions that improve safety, productivity, asset reliability, and operational performance.

This is a full‑time hybrid position based at a Worley office location in Canada or the U.S.
