Overview

COURSE du Moulin is a warm and pleasant residence welcoming independent residents with slight loss of autonomy. The role is to support residents' health and well-being through medication administration, documentation, emergency response, and collaboration with health services and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics.
• Create and maintain meticulous notes in residents’ dossiers in the computer tool.
• Contribute to the adjustment of residents’ action plans based on observations.
• Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents.
• Respond to all emergency situations.
