Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pre‑trip inspections (walking, bending, lifting and releasing the kingpin from the fifth wheel, ~50 lb pulling force and winding dolly legs up or down, ~10 lb force on the crank)
• Loading and unloading bulk / dump products
• Tarping (opening and closing the trailer tarp on dump trailers; ~15 lb force twisting the tarp crank to open and up to 60 lb pulling to close)
• Cleaning trailers (sweeping after unloading – climbing, bending and walking)
• Cleaning trailers with frozen product inside
• Removal of crossbows along the top of trailer (requires hammer to remove all 10 crossbows)
• Climbing in and out of the tractor (approximately 2‑4 times daily)
