Responsibilities

• Lead engaging badminton training sessions for youth players
• Teach fundamental badminton skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
• Set up and organize drills, games, and equipment

Qualifications

• Vulnerable sector check & First Aid CPR (get priority interviews)
• Experience playing or coaching badminton (youth experience preferred)
• Passion for working with children and youth
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, energetic, and positive attitude
• Coaching certifications are an asset (not required)
