Associate – Client Onboarding

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• Occasional overtime may be required depending on business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Support advisor and client transfers between financial institutions
• Open and set up new client accounts
• Monitor and follow up on transfer requests
• Assist with onboarding documentation and operational processing
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with escalation management
