Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and implement strategies to achieve banquet sales targets.
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other stakeholders.
β’ Create tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to meet client needs and hotel profitability goals.
β’ Collaborate closely with the banquet operations team and other departments to ensure flawless event execution.
β’ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
β’ Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking activities
β’ Provide regular sales reports, monthly forecasts and annually budgets to the senior management team.
