Job Duties

• Take beverage orders from serving staff or from guests
• Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages for servers or to serve to guests
• Collect payment for beverages and record sales
• Maintain and document inventory by performing opening and closing counts for bar or concession
• Request bar stock when needed
• Ensure the bar area or concession is clean including glassware
• Comply with provincial/territorial liquor legislation
• Check identification of guests
• Report any incidents to management

Requirements

• Smart Serve Certification
• Bartending experience is an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Open Availability
• Smart Serve (required)
