Mapal Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our GTM-SALES team
It is exclusively focused on outbound prospecting, within a defined market and ICP, with the objective of creating qualified opportunities for the Sales team. You'll also be responsible of generate a consistent and predictable flow of qualified meetings through outbound activities by:

Qualify prospects according to defined criteria and generate high-value meetings for the Sales team.

Different use cases and business challenges.
Continuously test, analyse, and optimize campaigns (messaging, hooks, channels).

Improve the quality of meetings handed over.
Collaborate with other SDRs / BDRs to share best practices and improve overall team performance.

Maintain exemplary discipline in the CRM (activity tracking, qualification, notes).
