Job Description :
Drive sales (Centre Sales Beauty, Derma & Product), customer excellence, profitability & ensure operational efficiency & effectiveness while leading the Beauty team to deliver exceptional service.
Outcomes & Accountabilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, yearly financial targets (Sales & Profit Margins) for the Beauty department.
Maintain Beauty NPS above 90%.
Ensure operational efficiency & adherence to SOPs.
Lead & develop the Beauty team to enhance performance, service delivery & service efficacy.
Competencies
Excellent Technical knowledge in Beauty (Skin /Hair) services (with prior hands-on experience in Skin/ Hair services).
Proven ability to solution & makes a sale basis individual client requirement.
Strong leadership, and people management skills.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
