Join a passionate team committed to environmental sustainability in live music. As a Zero Waste Captain, you'll ensure proper waste sorting while educating fans and staff at events.
This part-time role at a leading venue focuses on maximizing landfill diversion and enhancing material circularity. You'll work directly under the Venue Sustainability Coordinator, contributing to pen pre-and-post-show waste sorting initiatives. Engage with attendees and staff while promoting a culture of sustainability and teamwork at every event.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in Zero Waste Captain training sessions
• Assist with sorting recycling, compost, and donations
• Work show and non-show days for effective waste management
• Share observations for program improvement and development
