As a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct support to children and their families by implementing individualized ABA programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior improvement. Services take place in the client's home or within community settings, depending on treatment goals. Typical sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with flexibility based on your availability. Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $27, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available for bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants.
