Responsibilities

• Pilot, modify, and deliver new and existing group-based ABA services, both virtually and in person.
• Identify gaps in services, quality assurance, client experience, marketing, and advertising.
• Develop services across Foundational Family Services and Group-based ABA services, including curriculum and resources for new group services.
• Train new facilitators and supervise group service delivery.
• Develop report templates and write reports.
• Support other programs within Kinark Autism Services as needed.
• Work evening and weekend shifts as required.
