Benefits Account Administrator

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive benefits account administrator to support operations for Channel Partner Open Market clients. This is a key role where you’ll manage employee eligibility, interact with insurance carriers, and ensure smooth enrollment operations.

Location: On‑site | Shift: 09:00 – 18:00 (Day, Time Zone)

What You’ll Do

• Manage employee eligibility across insurance carrier platforms
• Process batches from the BAA Operations queue
• Update client systems with eligibility documentation
• Respond to inquiries within SLA (24–48 hours)
• Communicate enrollment changes with carriers (email, phone, portals)
• Use Excel to prepare and manage census data after open enrollment
• Maintain and improve operational processes and documentation
