:Working as part of the EMEABYonderCare Team, the Benefits Coordinator is the first point of contact for associate benefit queries across EMEA, with primary responsibility for administering andmaintainingBlueYonder’sbenefits programmes inPoland, andproviding operational benefits support across several other key EMEA locations.
This role plays a critical part in delivering a consistent, compliant, and positive associate experience, partnering closely with Payroll, external providers, and the wider Benefits team to ensure benefits are administered accurately, on time, and in line with local legislation.
