Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President (VP), Business Development, the Benefits Consultant is responsible for growing the portfolio of Medium and Large Market clients. The consultant achieves sales results, finds and qualifies leads, and brings new business opportunities to close. The role focuses on Group Benefits and involves working with C-Suite, Senior Leadership, and client decision makers to move forward new business development.
Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line sales point for People Corporation’s existing and prospective clients and work in a consultative selling capacity.
- Contribute to the success of People Corporation by growing the client portfolio and driving Group Solutions’ business performance.
- Promote and sell products and services from the broader People Corporation offerings to current and prospective clients.
