Title : Bilingual Branch Manager
Location: th Ave, Dorval, QC, H9P 1G9, 100% on site
Start Date: ASAP
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Hours/Week: 40
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $85,000
Bonus: 67% ($5,000 max) based on the EBITDA performance of the branch and 33% ($2,500 max) based on the company EBITDA
OBJECTIVE:
The role of Branch Manager carries the responsibility of orchestrating and optimizing the operational efficiency of one or more designated branches within our organization. The principal objective is to ensure the seamless functionality of the branch, achieve financial targets, uphold impeccable standards of customer service, and oversee a team of skilled professionals.
