What You'll Do:

+ Handle incoming sales and service inquiries by phone, text, email, and online chat.

+ Follow up with internet leads and previous customers.

+ Schedule appointments for customers with our sales and service departments.

+ Build rapport with English- and Spanish-speaking customers.

+ Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.

+ Consistently meet and exceed appointment-setting and sales goals.
