Responsibilities

• Qualify prospects via telephone, email, and online platforms using CRM tools
• Promote DHL Express services to new and existing clients
• Act as the client's primary point of contact for queries and issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal departments on lead initiatives
• Re-activate, onboard, and manage small-sized business accounts
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales channels
• Utilize commercial tools to maximize revenue growth and manage pipeline
• Work with supervisor regularly for feedback and development
