Job Description
Elevate your contract negotiation skills as a Bilingual Commercial Contracts Specialist at Procom. This role focuses on the full contract lifecycle across Consulting and Workforce lines, ensuring successful client engagements.
As a key player in Procom’s Growth Office, you will lead MSA, SOW, and rate card negotiations while balancing commercial interests with client experiences. You’ll provide expertise, handle contract terms, and work collaboratively with Account Managers to simplify the client journey throughout negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead MSA, SOW, and rate card negotiations with clients
• Manage the full end-to-end contracting process
• Maintain urgency in the negotiation cycle
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks in terms
• Collaborate with Account Managers to enhance client experiences
Requirements:
• 5+ years in commercial contract negotiation
• Bilingual fluency in English and French
