Job Description
Become a vital part of Manulife's Canadian Complaints Office as a Complaint Consultant in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This hybrid role emphasizes formal written communication and compliance expertise.
As a key member of the team reporting to the Director, youβll handle complaints while collaborating with legal and compliance stakeholders. Your responsibilities include reviewing complaint cases and writing formal responses to regulatory inquiries, while supporting regulatory reporting processes.
