• Manage high‑stakes interactions regarding automotive services, claims, and customer guidance.
• Go beyond the symptoms to find and solve the core issue for each customer.
• Use specialized software (Dynamics, DDMS) while documenting interactions in real‑time with zero errors.
• Handle challenging conversations with poise, empathy, and professional authority.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong logical reasoning and independent problem‑solving skills.
• Previous background in high‑level Customer Service or Contact Centers is a plus.
