• The Deskside Support Engineer / IT Asset Management Support Engineer is responsible for providing onsite end‑user support, managing endpoint devices, and maintaining accurate IT asset records across enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Azure / Entra ID, ServiceNow, and FNMS / IT Asset Management tools.
