Bilingual (FR/EN) Customer Service Representative

We are hiring Customer Service Representative for a well know pharmaceutical company in Oakville. This position involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-energy inbound call center, and rewarding team environment focused on delivering a better customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring each transaction is processed within customer specifications for company guidelines. The ideal candidate must be eager to learn, be respectful, honest & humble, and embrace challenges.

Type: Temp to perm
Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday 9:30-6:00pm
Salary: $26/hr
Location: Oakville (QEW & 403)
Hybrid - Monday's, Thursday's and Friday's Work from Home - Tuesday's and Wednesday's in office
