About the Role

We are seeking a highly practical and systems-oriented Bilingual Interior Designer & Apartment Furnishing Specialist to support the growth of our furnished apartment portfolio.

This role is not focused on one-off design projects. Instead, we are looking for someone who understands scalability, standardization, and operational efficiency. The adecuado candidate can create repeatable furniture systems that work across multiple apartment layouts while balancing design quality, budget, availability, and operational requirements.

In addition to interior design responsibilities, this role will oversee furniture sourcing, purchasing, vendor coordination, installation scheduling, and procurement tracking to ensure apartments are fully furnished and move-in ready on time.
