What You Will Be Doing

The Mortgage Solutions Manager is responsible for providing peace of mind to clients and building loyalty by providing customized mortgage solutions and advice. You will use your expertise to manage the full journey of new mortgage acquisition, from lead to funding. This role focuses exclusively on new-to-bank mortgages, including purchase transactions, switches from other financial institutions, and new Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs).

You will deliver a seamless, consultative experience that helps clients make informed decisions while driving business growth. You will act as the primary point of contact of clients that are selecting Tangerine to support them on their home-buying needs, responsible for guiding clients through the end-to-end mortgage journey.
